Pre-Opening Development

  • Stevi B’s trained real estate professionals will assist in site selection, market analysis, and lease negotiation processes.
  • Prototypical architectural plans available through our Architect who will design a store layout tailored to your site
  • Assistance with the management of your general contractor
  • Comprehensive “Getting Started” manuals help guide you through the entire new store development process to your grand opening
  • A dedicated corporate representative to guide you in all stages of the pre-opening process

Comprehensive Training

  • Franchisees and their managers receive extensive hands on training for a minimum of 21-days at the corporate office and corporate store locations near Atlanta, Georgia
  • Upon completion of training, franchisees attend a five-day certification class to become a Certified Stevi B’s Pizza Operator
  • Corporate operations personnel in franchisee’s restaurant for 17 days to aid in set-up, employee training, and grand opening activities
  • Proprietary Operations, Marketing and Local Store Marketing (LSM) program manuals provided to franchisee with continual updates on a yearly basis or as needed. 

Marketing

  • Specialized Grand Opening Plan to maximize customer awareness and incentivize trial of the business
  • System-wide marketing campaigns which include marketing plans and point-of-purchase materials
  • Guidance from a seasoned team of marketing professionals to create materials and campaigns
  • Regional Marketing cooperatives to purchase local media that tie to system-wide campaigns
  • Comprehensive Marketing Ambassador program and guidance on local store marketing best practices.
  • Extensive online marketing tool-kit for ordering materials and necessary tools for marketing and operating the restaurant

Ongoing Support

  • Use of our customized Point of Sale system to assist in food and labor tracking
  • Monthly mystery shop reports to gauge the success of the operational initiatives
  • Consistent visits by the operations team to provide guidance on overall business and restaurant operations
  • Incentive-based yearly operational assessment
  • Invitation to quarterly Boot Camp training sessions on concerned subjects
  • Financial performance reviews and system-wide comparisons
